Founder's Profile
Deekshit Minocha
Founder & Managing Partner
Deekshit brings 25+ years of experience leading global delivery across Professional Services, Managed Services, Technical Support, and Field Operations. He has worked across diverse industries including Defense, Public Sector, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, and new-age IT/Software.
A proven builder, he has successfully created and scaled high-performance teams from the ground up, and played a key role in three Global Capability Centre journeys — taking operations from 0 to 1. With strong P&L ownership, Deekshit has led multiple business turnarounds, consistently improving performance and profitability.
His global exposure includes work across Africa and on-ground experience in China, Japan, and Southeast Asia, with deep expertise in managing customers across North America and Europe. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and an Electronics & Communication Engineer, Deekshit combines business acumen with technical depth. He is an active member of the IIM B Orators Toastmasters Club and contributes pro bono as a consultant with the Stanford Seed Program.
